Pastor Waldemar Gies
and
Kathy his Wife
 

Our "New" Pastor Gies has over thirty years of pastoral service here in
the United States within the Midwest area and comes from a family of Pastors.

He is a graduate from Wartburg College located in Waverly, Iowa with a BA in Philosophy & Mathematics, and a Master of Divinity of Old Testament Studies along with many additional studies relating to pastoral care, Evangelism, leadership, and teaching. Pastor Gies was recommended to the Southeast Michigan Synod by Bishop John David Schleicher of the Northwest Lower Michigan Synod.

Pastor Gies also speaks German as a secondary conversational language
and relates very well in this secondary language.
